Hours of Support
Administration hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm.
Support hours: Flexible and arranged with you based on your individual needs, preferences and agreed support schedule.
For enquiries received outside administration hours, we’ll respond as soon as practical during the next available administration period.
Who We Support
We are open to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Since we are an unregistered provider, we cannot offer NDIS-funded support to those who are NDIA-managed at this time.
